My New Year Resolution

Happy New Year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its that time of year again, the beginning of the year is always filled with new year resolutions and honestly I think this is a waste of time. You know why, because we all fall off.  How many years in a row have you vowed to loose all that extra weight, to start something or stop another and how many times did you quit by or even before the end of the month??? Count I'll wait......lol. Truthfully though we all get caught up in the euphoria of the new year that we get carried away and start making grandiose resolutions without a plan on how to achieve them. So yea no I do not have a new year resolution but I have goals and plans for the year, like a to do list of some sort. It's definitely a less daunting way to go about a change, this way it is not overwhelming and if there is something I couldn't achieve this year i'll just add it to next years to do list. I'll rather have a carry over than quit in the middle of the year due to unrealistic expectations.
So for the new year (if you haven't) create a to do list for the year, put a timeline to it, create a step by step plan/process, start SMALL, don't dive in head first or else you will end up with a broken head. Do all this and I bet that by the end of the year you'd be surprised by how much you actually accomplished. Most of all a change of mindset is your greatest catalyst, do this and it'll be smooth sailing till the end of the year.
